In short
This page explains what information we process when you visit our website or write to us. We only process the information you send us yourself and the technical logs the site needs to run. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your full name, your email address, your phone number and company name if you provided them, the topics you selected and your message. Form messages reach us as email at merhaba@brain.work.
- Email and phone: the information you share when you write to us or call us directly.
- Technical logs: for security and error tracking, the server that hosts the site keeps logs such as your IP address, browser information and the time of your visit for a short period.
Why we use it
- To respond to your requests and questions.
- To schedule calls and prepare proposals.
- To carry out the contract if we start working together.
- To keep the site secure.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking; only strictly necessary cookies that the site needs to work may be used. That is why we do not ask for your consent to cookies. Your choice of light or dark theme is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.
Links to other services
We use TidyCal for booking calls and Google Maps for showing our address on a map. When you click these links, those services' own privacy policies apply. The same is true for links to our social media accounts.
Retention and sharing
We do not share your information with anyone for sales or advertising purposes. Companies that provide services to us, such as email and hosting, can access the information only to provide that service; their servers may be located outside Türkiye. If a request does not lead to a business relationship, we delete the related correspondence within two years at the latest.
Your rights
Your rights regarding your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and how to apply to exercise them, are explained in our KVKK privacy notice (in Turkish).
