brain.work (Kenan Barış Çelik, Istanbul, Türkiye) operates the “brainwork-mesaj” application, which sends and receives WhatsApp messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. This policy explains what information the application processes and why.

Who we message

We send WhatsApp messages only to people who have contacted us first or who have given their consent to receive messages from us or from a business that uses our service. We do not buy or rent phone number lists.

Information we process

• Your WhatsApp phone number or WhatsApp user ID, and your WhatsApp profile name.
• The content of messages you send to us and messages we send to you.
• Delivery information provided by WhatsApp (sent, delivered, read, failed) and timestamps.

We do not process payment information, location, contacts, or any data from your device other than what WhatsApp delivers with a message.

Why we process it

To reply to your requests, to send notifications you asked for (for example, confirmation that we received your request), and to check that our messages are delivered.

Where it is stored

Message events are received by a server we operate on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany (EU). Messages also pass through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, which is governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Message records are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. When we provide messaging for a business that uses our service, that business can see the messages exchanged with it; that business is responsible for its own use of the data.

Your choices and data deletion

You can stop receiving messages at any time by telling us in the chat that you no longer want messages, or by blocking the number in WhatsApp.

To request access to, or deletion of, the information we hold about you, email privacy@brain.work from any address and include the phone number you used on WhatsApp. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Messages already delivered to your own device are under your control and are not affected.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Kime mesaj gönderiyoruz

Yalnız bize önce yazan ya da bizden veya hizmetimizi kullanan bir işletmeden mesaj almaya izin veren kişilere WhatsApp mesajı göndeririz. Telefon numarası listesi satın almayız, kiralamayız.

İşlediğimiz bilgiler

• WhatsApp telefon numaranız ya da WhatsApp kullanıcı kimliğiniz ve WhatsApp profil adınız.
• Bize gönderdiğiniz ve size gönderdiğimiz mesajların içeriği.
• WhatsApp’ın ilettiği teslim bilgisi (gönderildi, teslim edildi, okundu, başarısız) ve zaman damgaları.

Ödeme bilgisi, konum, rehber ya da WhatsApp’ın mesajla birlikte ilettiğinin dışında cihazınızdan hiçbir veri işlemeyiz.

Neden işliyoruz

Taleplerinize yanıt vermek, istediğiniz bildirimleri göndermek (örneğin talebinizin alındığını bildirmek) ve mesajlarımızın ulaştığını kontrol etmek için.

Nerede saklanıyor

Mesaj olayları, Almanya’da (AB) Hetzner altyapısında işlettiğimiz sunucuya gelir. Mesajlar ayrıca Meta’nın WhatsApp Business Platformu’ndan geçer; orada Meta’nın kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

Ne kadar saklıyoruz

Mesaj kayıtları en fazla 90 gün tutulur, sonra silinir.

Paylaşım

Bilgilerinizi satmayız, reklamverenlerle paylaşmayız. Hizmetimizi kullanan bir işletme adına mesajlaşma sağladığımızda, o işletme kendisiyle yapılan yazışmaları görebilir; verinin kendi kullanımından o işletme sorumludur.

Seçimleriniz ve verilerin silinmesi

Mesaj almayı istediğiniz an, yazışmada artık mesaj istemediğinizi söyleyerek ya da numarayı WhatsApp’ta engelleyerek bırakabilirsiniz.

Hakkınızdaki bilgilere erişmek ya da silinmesini istemek için privacy@brain.work adresine, WhatsApp’ta kullandığınız telefon numarasıyla birlikte e-posta gönderin. Silme işlemini 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve size bildiririz. Kendi cihazınıza ulaşmış mesajlar sizin denetiminizdedir, bu işlemden etkilenmez.

Çocuklar

Bu hizmet 13 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir.
